Established in the early 1990s, Miramas has grown from its beginnings in Malaysia into an integrated property group with a presence in international markets. Along the way, we’ve built up experience across property development, construction, and management, giving us a pretty good idea of what it takes to turn an idea into something real.

We started out creating quality, affordable homes for communities. Since then, we’ve grown, evolved, and ventured into a diverse range of developments, always keeping an eye on how people live, work, and grow. Markets change, needs change, and we believe good developments should keep up.

Being involved from planning and design through to construction and management means we like to stay close to the action. It gives us a better understanding of the details, the challenges, and most importantly, what makes a project work.

Because to us, property is about more than putting up buildings. It’s about creating places with purpose, bringing people together, and leaving something worthwhile behind.

And we’re not done yet. We continue to explore new ideas, embrace new technologies, and find better ways to build responsibly and sustainably.

After all these years, we’re still building. And we’re still looking forward to what’s next.
